Star Alliance Lounges No Longer Included

Standard United Club membership no longer grants Star Alliance partner lounge access.

United-Centric Earning

4x only on United purchases. All other travel earns 2x or 1x.

Our take

The United Club Infinite justifies itself primarily for travelers who would buy United Club membership anyway. At $750+ for standalone membership versus $695 for the card with all additional benefits, the card wins on math. The guest access change in 2026 is the main caveat -- bringing multiple guests now incurs per-visit fees unless you hit $50,000 in spend. The 90,000-mile offer (80,000 + 10,000 authorized user) is at the high end of the card's historical range. At 1.2 cents per mile, approximately $1,080 in award value.
