Best Western Rewards is offering a new spring promotion for members. This Best Western Spring Promo lets you earn a $50 Best Western gift card when you complete three qualifying nights. Eligible stays must take place between February 2, 2026 and May 10, 2026. You can stack up to three gift cards ($150 total) if you stay nine or more nights.

This promotion requires registration, but there is no minimum spend and no co-branded credit card requirement. If you already have paid Best Western stays planned, this offer adds incremental value with little effort.

How the Best Western Spring Promotion Works

The mechanics are simple. Register on the Best Western offers page, then complete three paid nights at a participating property. Eligible locations include the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. Once you hit three nights, Best Western issues a $50 digital gift card. Hit six nights, you get a second. Nine nights earns the maximum: three cards totaling $150.

There is no minimum spend requirement and no co-branded credit card needed. You just need a free Best Western Rewards account. Make sure to register before you check out.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Award nights (points redemptions) do not count toward the promotion.
  • Certain deeply discounted rates, employee rates, and wholesale bookings may be excluded.
  • You must register before your final qualifying stay. Retroactive credit is not guaranteed.
  • The promotion is limited to one enrollment per member.

What the Gift Cards Are Worth (and When They Expire)

At face value, you earn roughly $16.67 per qualifying night in gift card value. That is a decent incremental return on top of the points you already earn on paid stays.

However, there is a catch. The gift cards expire on August 2, 2026. That is less than three months after the promo window closes. If you do not have a Best Western stay planned for the summer, you could end up with gift cards you cannot use in time.

Best Western gift cards can be used toward room charges at participating properties. They essentially function as a discount on a future stay. Just make sure you have a trip on the calendar before you count on this value.

Who Should Register

This is a no-brainer if you already have paid Best Western stays this spring. Business travelers with recurring trips and families on spring break road trips should register now. There is no downside.

Best Western tends to be a solid option in smaller towns and along interstate corridors. We stayed at a Best Western in Sevierville near the Smokies and found it clean and comfortable at a fair price. Pairing a spring road trip with this promo adds a nice bonus on top.

Who Should Skip It

Do not mattress-run this promotion. Booking stays you would not otherwise take just to earn $50 gift cards is not a good trade. A $50 card does not justify this promo, especially with the short expiration.

Also consider whether you are actively building status in another hotel program. If you are chasing elite status through Hilton Honors or Marriott Bonvoy, diverting nights to Best Western for a gift card is probably not worth it. Stick with your primary program.

Tips to Maximize the Promo

If you decide to go for it, here are a few ways to get the most out of this offer:

  • Book directly through BestWestern.com or the app. Third-party bookings through Expedia or Booking.com typically do not earn Rewards credit. They likely will not count toward this promotion either.
  • Register early. Do not wait until your last night to sign up. Register as soon as you know you will have qualifying stays.
  • Plan your gift card usage now. The cards expire August 2. Think about whether you have a summer trip where Best Western fits.
  • Stack with other rewards. You still earn Best Western Rewards points during the promo period. If you are building a broader points strategy, these points add to your overall portfolio.

Our Take

This Best Western spring promo is a clean, simple offer for travelers who already have stays on the books. The $16.67-per-night rebate is solid incremental value with zero effort beyond registration.

The main downside is the short expiration window. Gift cards expire less than three months after the promotion ends, which limits flexibility. This makes the offer best suited for travelers who know they will use Best Western again soon.

This is not worth mattress-running. However, if you already have spring road trips or routine business travel planned, this promotion can make sense.
