TopCashback is currently paying 10.1 percent cash back on completed World of Hyatt stays booked through its portal. That’s one of the stronger shopping portal rates we’ve seen for this hotel program specifically, which has historically been stingy about this kind of stacking.

Hyatt Topcashback 10.1% Cashback.

If you have a Hyatt stay coming up, start your booking through TopCashback’s Hyatt page before you book anything directly. Click through from there, then complete your reservation as usual.

How the Cash Back Actually Works

The cash back tracks based on that initial click-through from the TopCashback portal. Booking directly on Hyatt’s own site or app afterward, even minutes later, won’t earn anything if you skip the portal step. The tracking is tied to the referral link, not to Hyatt recognizing you as a member after the fact.
Be careful with ad-blockers since they often break tracking.

Who Actually Benefits

Anyone with a Hyatt stay already planned is the clearest winner here. You were going to book it anyway, and 10.1 percent back is real money on a stay that otherwise costs the same either way. There’s essentially no downside to routing a booking you were already making through the portal first.

The only case where this doesn’t help is if you’re an elite member relying on a specific rate code, package, or promotional offer that isn’t compatible with portal bookings. Check that your rate still applies before booking through TopCashback, since some Hyatt promotional rates exclude third-party portal bookings.

Why This Is Unusual for Hyatt

Major chains like Marriott and Hilton show up on shopping portals fairly often, sometimes at rates well above 10 percent. World of Hyatt has historically been much harder to stack this way outside of specific regional promotions, particularly in the U.S. market.

A rate this high, available this broadly, is worth using while it’s live. Portal rates change without warning, sometimes daily, and there’s no guarantee this specific number holds even a few weeks from now.

Our Take

There’s no reason to leave 10 percent on the table for a booking you were making anyway. This kind of Hyatt-specific portal rate doesn’t show up often enough to assume it’ll still be here the next time you’re ready to book.
